GFE/HUD-1 Doc Prep Vendor Adds Transaction-Based Pricing

TSS Software Corp. added a transaction-based pricing option to its TitleSphere software-as-a-service for HUD-1 and Good Faith Estimate document preparation.

The browser-based software provides forms and workflows to generate the documents used to disclose settlement services costs at point of sale and the review of actual costs in the closing document package. Users customize the software with a feature to manage third-party providers of settlement services. Another feature includes a calendar to view upcoming settlement dates and deadlines. Once the documents are generated, they can be saved as a PDF for email or paper delivery.

Annapolis, Md.-based TSS said the new pricing model is targeted at lenders who do not have a large volume of mortgage activity.

There are some features in the monthly and annual priced versions not included in the transaction-based pricing model, including the ability to manage reports, create master order forms or copy orders, and the account is limited to one login.
