Interactive Mortgage Advisors, Denver, has been hired to sell $43 million of nonperforming residential second liens.
IMA said it has not yet established a bid deadline for the auction. The identity of the seller was not disclosed.
The advisory firm noted that all 544 loans are secured by real estate. The homes are located throughout the U.S.
Besides being a servicing broker/advisor, IMA is involved in the sale of whole loans, including nonperforming, subperforming, and current mortgages.
