New York-based iStar Financial, a real estate investment trust, has announced that it has increased its previously reported offering of senior notes from $250 million to $500 million and agreed to pricing terms for the offering.The company said it has agreed to issue $350 million of 6.0% senior notes due 2010 and $150 million of 6.5% senior notes due 2013. The seven-year notes were priced at 99.436, and the 10-year notes were priced at 99.275. The offering is being led by Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. as sole book-running lead manager and Banc of America Securities LLC as co-lead manager.
