In addition to using ABS’s The Mortgage Office software to manage the loan portfolio, JEM is using the automation to provide reporting to its investor base.

The Los Angeles-based ABS said JEM found the flexible technology to be a match for its needs as a provider of short-term private-money financing for “fix and flip” clients, accommodating its emphasis on efficiency in making its in-house hard-money lending decisions.
