Dom Cecere has been promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer of KB Home, a Los Angeles-based homebuilder, and Bill Hollinger has been promoted to senior vice president and chief accounting officer of the company.KB Home said Mr. Cecere has been CFO since joining the company in 2002, and he previously held senior management posts with Owens Corning, including chief operating officer.
