Liberty Property Trust, a real estate investment trust based in Malvern, Pa., has priced a $300 million offering of 6.625%, 10-year senior unsecured notes.The company said the notes were priced to yield 6.71%. Proceeds will be used to pay down debt under the company's unsecured credit line and for general corporate purposes.
