Dan Berman has been named chief operating officer of LoanPerformance, a San Francisco-based provider of residential mortgage data and analytics.Before joining LoanPerformance last year, Mr. Berman was vice president of mortgage information technology national accounts for the western region at First American Real Estate Solutions, the parent company of LoanPerformance. Before that, he held various executive, sales, and marketing posts at DSFI, Office Solutions, Merisel, and Van Son, LoanPerformance said.
