Windrose Medical Properties Trust, Indianapolis, has priced 2.1 million shares of 7.5% series A cumulative preferred shares at $25 per share.The real estate investment trust said it plans to use the net proceeds of the offering, approximately $51.1 million, to repay debt and for general corporate purposes. Each share will be convertible into the company's common shares of beneficial interest at a price of $15.75, which the company said is equivalent to a conversion rate of 1.5873 common shares per preferred share. Cohen & Steers Capital Advisors LLC is the placement agent for the offering.
