Mortgage Technology magazine will again recognize innovative technology developers and the lenders that benefit from those advances with its Top Service Providers and Tech Savvy Lenders awards. These recognitions have a long tradition in the mortgage finance and technology industries and are among the most coveted awards in the space.
The two recognitions will be determined by a panel comprised of Mortgage Technology magazine’s editorial staff. The awards will be published in special editions of the magazine.
For the first time in the award’s history, Mortgage Technology will solicit nominations and applications for the Tech Savvy Lenders. After this year’s winning lenders are revealed in the September edition of Mortgage Technology magazine, the lenders will also receive special recognition during the 2011 Mortgage Technology Awards ceremony on Oct. 9 in Chicago.
The Top Service Providers will be recognized in the July edition of Mortgage Technology magazine and on the Mortgage Technology website.

The Top Service Providers are recognized for their accomplishments in four criteria—continued advancement of technology and services, viable revenue model and value proposition to customers, exceptional customer service, and uniqueness impact on the mortgage industry.
The providers named to the annual list have a proven track record in the industry and provide innovative technology and services to lenders, servicers and other industry participants.
