Cornerstone Community Bank of Grafton, Wis. became suburban Milwaukee-based Mortgagebot’s 1,000th customer last week. The milestone comes two months after Canadian financial services technology provider Davis Henderson Corp. acquired Mortgagebot for $232 million. More than 350 mortgage-lending banks and credit unions were in attendance at the company’s ninth annual partner conference when Mortgagebot President and CEO Scott Happ made the announcement.

“Serving 1,000 partners has been one of our business goals since the beginning,” the company’s founder said in prepared remarks at the conference.

Mortgagebot’s technology combines traditional point of sale channels with a Web-based channel for rate shopping and online mortgage applications, including individual Web pages for loan officers to connect with potential borrowers.
