MountainView Servicing Group, Denver, is auctioning off a $305 million package of Fannie Mae servicing rights for an undisclosed seller.

According to the firm, the package has low delinquencies and the underlying collateral was funded through retail (60%) and wholesale (40%) means.
The brokerage is requesting that bids be submitted by the end of next week.
Currently, there are a handful of MSR packages out for bid including offerings from Interactive Advisors, and Phoenix Capital, both of Denver.
Phoenix this week is taking final bids on a $35 billion package of MSRs being sold by Bank of America.
