MountainView Servicing Group, Denver, is brokering a $129 million package of servicing rights guaranteed by the Government National Mortgage Association.

The portfolio includes 566 home mortgages, most of which are fixed-rate in nature.
The seller of the MSRs was not identified.
About half the loans were funded through retail branches, the balance coming through third-party mortgage brokers.
The loans are 14 months seasoned and spread throughout the U.S., MVSG said. The bid deadline is Tuesday, January 31.
