Julie Cline has been named chief operating officer of No Red Tape Mortgage, a jumbo wholesale lender based in Sherman Oaks, Calif.Ms. Cline was most recently the company's senior vice president of operations. She was previously director of mortgage banking operations for e-Loan.com and vice president of operations at IndyMac Bank FSB, No Red Tape said.
