Warwick has served as an assistant director for enforcement and compliance at the OCC since July 2011. Prior to that, she was an assistant director for the litigation division and served as special counsel and then senior counsel in the OCC's administrative and internal law division.

From 1990 to 1995, Warwick was a trial attorney with the civil division in the commercial litigation branch at the Justice Department.

She will report to Daniel P. Stipano, the OCC's deputy chief counsel.

The OCC has jurisdiction over federally chartered thrifts, whose primary product continues to be the home mortgage.
