Money 360 Inc. has appointed John Maute, co-founder of Helios AMC, and Jon Barlow, founder and former CEO of Eaglewood Capital Management, to its board of directors.

Maute, a real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience, previously served as senior managing director at Situs Holdings (formerly Helios AMC), prior to its sale to Stone Point Capital.

Barlow brings nearly a decade of experience in marketplace lending to his role with Money360.

He has also held positions with Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisers, Lehman Brothers and JPMorgan.

Berkadia has hired Christopher Honn as senior managing director in the seniors housing group.

Honn, who will be based in Chicago, most recently served as director of new business production and customer relationships for 13 years at Fannie Mae, managing the seniors housing product.

Previously, he spent 10 years as an investment banker and prior to that, a commercial banker for seven years at American National Bank in Chicago, all with a focus on the seniors housing and health care industry.

Providence Bank Mortgage has named Becky Reuter assistant vice president, mortgage banking officer.

She will be responsible for originating residential mortgage loans in Boone County, Mo., and surrounding areas.

Reuter brings to the company over 10 years of lending experience.

Ranieri Strategies, a family of investment and asset management companies founded by Lewis Ranieri and focused on financial services and cognitive technologies, said that two new partners, K. Krasnow Waterman and Eric Kaplan, are joining the firm.

Waterman comes to Ranieri Strategies most recently from TIAA-CREF where she was managing director of enterprise financial crime prevention.

She previously worked at Citibank, the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Bureau of Investigation, JPMorgan and IBM.

Kaplan joins Ranieri Strategies from Shellpoint Partners, a residential mortgage finance company of which Ranieri serves as board chair.

With more than 22 years of residential mortgage industry experience in a variety of roles, Kaplan joined Shellpoint as head of mortgage finance shortly after its 2011 acquisition of mortgage lender New Penn Financial.

First Community Mortgage has promoted Michael Hilleary to chief operating officer.

In the COO role, Hilleary will oversee secondary marketing, information technology, credit administration, accounting, post-closing and servicing.

He joined First Community Mortgage in 2012 and was most recently vice president and head of its correspondent lending division.

The company also promoted Andy Voyles to executive vice president and director of lending.

In his new position, Voyles will be responsible for all the company's lending channels, including its retail, wholesale and correspondent divisions.

Before joining First Community Mortgage in 2009, he held senior positions at Elite Mortgage Services and Ace Mortgage Funding.
