imortgage, a national nonbank lender and division of loanDepot, appointed Kevin Budde as senior vice president of production, West division, and Tom Fiddler, senior vice president of production, East division.

Budde is a 40-year veteran in the home loan industry and the founder of Western Cities Mortgage Corp.

He will oversee the optimization of imortgage's new product launch and sales support process.

Fiddler brings more than 28 years of home loan experience to the imortgage brand.

He most recently served as the chief operating officer and president of strategic growth initiatives at Prospect Mortgage.

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

WASHINGTON

The Mortgage Bankers Association has promoted Tamara King to the position of vice president of residential policy and member engagement, effective Jan. 1.

King, who joined the MBA in 2009, manages its residential loan production area where she helps direct the association's policy development on regulatory, legislative and industry issues.

Prior to joining the MBA, she was a senior business manager in Fannie Mae's Single-Family Mortgage Business and senior product developer in the Housing and Community Development Department.

LeaderOne Financial promoted Steven Light to the newly created position of executive vice president and chief strategy officer.

He joined LeaderOne in 2014 and previously served as vice president, director of corporate services for the company.

Light has over 20 years of mortgage experience and held executive positions with Countrywide, Saxon Capital and Household International.

MISSISSIPPI

BancorpSouth said that Phil Sandoval has joined the bank in Birmingham, Ala., as first vice president and community development lending manager.

Sandoval brings to the bank over 30 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry.

In his new BancorpSouth position, he will lead the bank's efforts in developing and promoting affordable mortgage lending products throughout the bank's footprint, including low- and moderate-income areas and emerging markets.

Pascal Boillat is to join Deutsche Bank on Feb. 1 in the newly created role of chief information officer and head of operations, corporate and investment banking.

Boillat is currently head of operations and technology for Fannie Mae, based in Washington.

He previously served at Citigroup, Bearing Point and Capco.
