National Mortgage Insurance Corp., a subsidiary of NMI Holdings Inc., has named Rick Renna as an account manager in the greater Boston region.
Renna brings to the company nearly 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
He began his mortgage banking career with the Boston Five Cents Savings Bank. Most recently, he was a vice president/loan originator for NE Moves Mortgage.

RealtyMogul.com said that Michelle Paretti has joined the company as senior managing director, head of originations and underwriting.
Prior to joining ReatyMogul.com, Paretti served as senior managing director for the Small Balance Commercial Real Estate Finance Group at Guggenheim Partners and COO for the Guggenheim Commercial Real Estate Finance Group.
She was also COO of illiquid alternative investments at Credit Suisse and served for 12 years as the head of Credit Suisse's Real Estate Finance and Securitization Group's small balance loan program.

Roostify has named Iyad Darcazallie as chief financial officer and chief operating officer and Scott Stein as vice president of sales.
Darcazallie, an advisor since Roostify's inception, joined the firm in July from Derceto Inc. where he was senior vice president and general manager of the venture-backed, enterprise software company's North American business unit.
Stein joins Roostify from Mercury Network, where as executive vice president of sales he was responsible for restructuring and expanding the sales team.
Previously, he served as chief executive officer for mortgage software company Xetus.

Hamilton Group Funding has added Pat Sheehy and Rocky Wilkerson to its advisory board for 2016.
Sheehy has a long and distinguished career in mortgage banking, including executive vice president of Chase Home Mortgage, as well as executive roles with Freddie Mac, GMAC Mortgage Group and GE.
Wilkerson has experience in building entrepreneurial ventures, and is currently president of Certified Source Inc., a staffing company.

Walker & Dunlop has hired Hal Reinauer as vice president in its multifamily finance group.
Reinauer brings multifamily debt placement experience to Walker & Dunlop where he will focus on originating Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans out of the company's Boston office.
His most recent position was production director at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler where he focused on multifamily financing.
He previously served as an originations director at Arbor Commercial Mortgage and as a senior underwriter for Fannie Mae.

Gateway Mortgage Group has hired Joanne Posen as a new regional sales manager to serve the Texas and New Mexico markets.
She has been in the mortgage banking industry for 33 years and in correspondent lending since 1985.
Prior to joining Gateway, Posen served as vice president of correspondent lending for Charter Bank.
