National General Lender Services has added Carl Formato II and Jim Slowinski to its sales division.

Formato joins the company as senior vice president, client development, with 18 years of sales and management experience.

Prior to joining the organization, he was vice president, mortgage business development at CoreLogic.

Slowinski joins the company as senior vice president, client development, with over 30 years of sales and management experience.

His most recent role prior to joining National General was regional sales director at van Wagenen Financial Services.

LenderLive said that Jenny Klamfoth has joined the firm as regional account executive for the company's correspondent lending division.

Klamfoth brings more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry to LenderLive.

Most recently, she was an account manager for Stonegate Mortgage, where she assisted in the development of its correspondent and emerging banking business channels.

Alliant National Title Insurance Co. has hired Todd Lynch to the position of Midwest regional agency representative.

Brought on to represent the company in Kansas, Nebraska and Missouri, Lynch joins Alliant National with close ties to the Midwest region.

He held the position of vice president at Mid America Title Co. in Olathe, Kan., before joining Alliant National.

Guaranteed Rate has promoted Nikolaos Athanasiou to chief operating officer from executive vice president.

Athanasiou joined Guaranteed Rate's first New England branch office in 2009 and moved to Chicago in 2011.

As chief operating officer, he will work with the sales, underwriting and operations teams.

Real Info Inc. has appointed William King as president and chief valuation officer.

King brings to the firm over 35 years of experience in real estate and valuation, and most recently served as SVP, valuation solutions for Platinum Data Solutions in Aliso Viejo, Calif.

He was a co-founder and board member of the Appraisers Coalition of Washington; founder, president and chief appraiser of ValueOne Appraisal; and regional sales manager for FNC.

Guild Mortgage Co. has hired Casey Oiness as sales manager of its Kirkland, Wash., branch.

Oiness has worked in the financial industry for more than 10 years.

Before joining Guild, he was a loan officer at Caliber Home Loans, formerly Cobalt.
