Cloudvirga, a provider of digital mortgage software, has appointed Jesse Decker to the role of chief customer success officer.
Decker, who has more than two decades of industry experience, previously served as vice president of client services at mortgage fintech Roostify.
Proir to Roostify, Decker served as a management consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton.

Proper Title has promoted Kim O'Donnell from director of commercial business development to vice president of business development, and David Zawadzki from senior account executive to vice president of business development.
In addition, the firm has promoted Sabrina Bier from broker development manager to training and development manager.
The new vice presidents will jointly run the firm's sales department, with O'Donnell responsible for Chicago and its western suburbs, and Zawadzki, with more than 16 years of experience in the title industry, overseeing the city’s north and northwest suburbs.
Since joining Proper Title in 2015, O'Donnell has been responsible for residential and commercial new business development throughout the Chicago metropolitan area.

LoyaltyExpress, a provider of cloud-based marketing automation for banks and mortgage companies, and New Capital Partners appointed Jerry Halbrook to the position of chief executive officer.
Halbrook has 35 years of experience in financial services, including 28 years of mortgage banking industry leadership, and the past 10 years focused on technology and strategic platforms.
He takes the helm as CEO of the newly combined companies: LoyaltyExpress, SoftVu and LendingManager.
