Cloudvirga has appointed Steve DeSantis as its new chief financial officer.
A seasoned technology finance executive, he will be responsible for driving Cloudvirga's financial strategies to accelerate its growth.
DeSantis has more than two decades of financial management experience in the technology sector.
He has also held CFO roles CFO for ShiftPixy and Predixion Software, a predictive analytics software company acquired by Greenwave Systems and Jvion Technologies.
FormFree said that housing finance expert Faith Schwartz has been elected to its board of directors.
Principal and founder of Housing Finance System Strategies, a housing finance strategic advisory firm, Schwartz also serves as a senior advisor to the leadership team of Accenture Credit Services.
In 2007, she was recruited to lead Hope Now, an alliance formed by the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury in response to the housing market crisis.
As Hope Now's executive director, Schwartz assembled a coalition of government agencies, lending institutions, nonprofits and housing trades. Schwartz has also held executive-level roles at CoreLogic and Freddie Mac.
Ross Mortgage Corp. said that Michael Fischer has joined the company as a branch manager and director of loan officer acceleration.
He previously worked for Ross Mortgage Corp. as a mortgage loan originator from 2014 to 2016, where he specialized in FHA, VA, FHA 203(k) and USDA Rural Development loans.
In his latest role as a branch manager and director of loan officer acceleration, Fischer will oversee branch operations and support recruiting efforts.
Additionally, Fischer serves as the president of Military Mortgage Bootcamp, which is a program that empowers loan officers and real estate agents through continuing education opportunities focused on serving the veteran community.
Guild Mortgage has expanded in the Midwest with the opening of three branches in North Dakota, in Bismarck, Dickinson and Minot. A branch in Hazen will be opening soon.
Loan officer Tracy Roberts, who has more than 12 years of experience in finance and lending, and more than 20 years in management and business ownership, will oversee all of Guild's offices in North Dakota from Bismarck.
She will be joined by loan officer Brian Hanson in Bismarck, and sales managers Susan Lemon in Dickinson and Amanda Mathews in Minot.
Loan officer Christine Berger has joined Guild Mortgage and will operate from the office in Hazen.
Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has expanded its Pacific Northwest presence by opening an office in Seattle with an immediate focus on debt, equity placement and investment advisory services.
Senior Managing Director Thomas Wilson, who is a member of HFF's debt placement group and was formerly in HFF's Portland office, will handle the day-to-day operations of the Seattle office in conjunction with Senior Managing Director Ira Virden, who is a member of HFF's investment advisory multihousing group in its Portland office.
