Alliant National Title Insurance Co. has hired Richard Jones as its Western regional counsel and vice president.

Jones, who brings over 25 years of title insurance industry experience to Alliant National, was previously an officer and regional counsel at Old Republic National Title Insurance Co.

He also held management and leadership roles at United General Title Insurance Co. and its related companies.

Morningstar Inc., a provider of independent investment research, has appointed Brian Grow president of Morningstar Credit Ratings.

Grow joined Morningstar Credit Ratings in 2011 and most recently was managing director of residential mortgage-backed securities and asset-backed securities.

Previously, he spent 10 years in various leadership roles at Standard & Poor's in its New York and Melbourne, Australia, offices.

INDIANAPOLIS

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler said that Adam Mallory has rejoined the firm as a director focused on debt and equity placement transactions in its Indianapolis office.

Mallory worked at HFF from 2015 to 2017 as an associate director before pursuing a career as an attorney at Frost Brown Todd.

Before joining HFF in 2015, he worked in the commercial mortgage group at 40|86 Advisors Inc.

Home Point Financial Corp. has named Richard Bradfield enterprise chief financial officer and Bill Shuler chief information officer.

Prior to joining Home Point, Bradfield spent more than 25 years at PHH Corp., most recently in the role of senior vice president, head of originations, financial institutions group.

Shuler previously served as president of WPS Advisors, and prior to that, as chief operating officer at Genesis Pure.

RHODE ISLAND

PROVIDENCE

Citizens Bank has appointed Eric Schuppenhauer as president of home mortgage.

Schuppenhauer joins Citizens from Capital One, where he was head of mortgage.

He has more than 15 years of mortgage industry experience, having previously held positions with JPMorgan Chase and Fannie Mae.
