ReverseVision has added Chief Technology Officer Jim Magner and Vice President of Operations Stacey Lund to its senior management team.
Magner brings to the firm more than 20 years of industry experience and previously served as president and chief operating officer of San Diego-based Eturi.
Lund brings over 25 years of industry experience and previously served as vice president of member services for Affinity Development Group.
Hamilton Group Funding Inc., a privately held mortgage banking firm headquartered in Florida, has appointed Patrick Sheehy as its president and CEO.
Most recently, Sheehy was on the advisory board for Hamilton Group Funding prior to his transition to president and CEO.
His previous roles included serving as executive vice president of ServiceLink, a Black Knight company; executive vice president at JPMorgan Chase; executive vice president, institutional lending at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage; senior vice president of sales at Countrywide Home Loans; and senior vice president of marketing, sales and production at Freddie Mac.
Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. has opened a new branch in Kaimuki under the management of Craig Fujikawa.
Fujikawa comes to PRMI with more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry and prior to joining PRMI, he was the co-founder and president of Mortgage Associates of Hawaii.
He is joined by sales manager Steven Tagawa who will be responsible for the PRMI sales team, as well as assisting with recruitment and helping individuals finance their homeownership goals.
The PRMI Kaimuki team also includes senior loan officer May Cabusas, loan officer Reid Goshi, loan officer Sean Hashimoto, administrative assistant Dayleen Kai and loan processor Kelsey Weeks.
Proper Title, a title insurance agency serving the residential and commercial real estate industries based in Palatine, Ill., has added four new hires at two of its seven closing locations.
Based in its downtown Chicago office, Kathy Kwak has joined Proper Title as director of title, bringing more than a decade of legal and real estate experience to the role.
The Palatine office expands with the addition of Steve Connors as director of business development; Laura Bendikas as closing director, with 20 years of experience in title and technology; and Joseph Allegretti as attorney business development manager, overseeing growth of the firm's attorney client network.
Cultural Outreach Solutions, a nationwide training and consulting firm that helps mortgage and real estate companies serve multicultural and millennial consumers, said that Angie Lee has joined the company as a managing partner.
Lee will lead the company's diversity consulting division. She is currently the principal and managing broker of BLOC Residential, a New York real estate brokerage specializing in international and corporate services.
