Mortgage Capital Trading Inc. said that Ian Miller has joined the company as chief marketing officer.

Before MCT, Miller served as the director of client services at Riverine Inc., a digital marketing firm.

Prior to Riverine, he was a co-founder and partner at Tower Agency, and eventually merged the company with Riverine.

FORT MILL

Movement Mortgage has hired former KPMG executive Stephen Polacek as its chief credit officer.

Most recently, Polacek served as director, financial risk management advisory, at global advisory firm KPMG.

He has also held management roles at Goldman Sachs, Bank of America and Fannie Mae.

TEXAS

AUSTIN

Transformational Mortgage Solutions has named Beth Ozenghar its new president and COO.

Ozenghar, whose mortgage career spans three decades, had been in the role of senior executive advisor with TMS since 2016.

TMS founder David Lykken will retain the title of founder and chief transformation officer, focusing on spearheading the firm's management consulting engagements.

While consulting with TMS for the last two years, Ozenghar also operated an independent mortgage advisory firm.

Previously, she served more than a decade as vice president of correspondent lending for AgFirst Farm Credit Bank, where she was responsible for its correspondent division's operations, secondary marketing, underwriting, and servicing.

SPANISH FORK

Castle & Cooke Mortgage has expanded its footprint in Utah with the opening of a branch in Spanish Fork, which will be led by Julie Crow.

Crow brings to the firm 23 years of experience in the mortgage industry and previously served as a branch manager for Primary Residential Mortgage.

WASHINGTON

SEATTLE

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler said that Zack Goodwin has joined the firm as a director focused on debt and equity placement transactions in its Seattle office.

Goodwin has nearly 10 years of commercial real estate experience and joins HFF from Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was a senior associate on their production team.

Prior thereto, he worked for Norris Beggs & Simpson Financial Services as a financial analyst and later was promoted to an associate finance officer.
