IRVINE

Cloudvirga has named Michael Schreck its chief executive officer. He succeeds cloudvirga co-founder Bill Dallas, who will continue as chairman of its board of directors.

Schreck most recently served as managing director of Altisource Labs, an innovation center within mortgage software provider Altisource Portfolio Solutions.

He previously held CEO positions at digital publishing firm Zmags and government service provider Corrective Solutions.

LADERA RANCH

Money360 has named Paul Cleary chief operating officer, John Calder director of credit administration, Stratos Athanassiades Midwest regional director, Nick Jans Southwest regional director and Craig Brown CRE loan underwriter.

Cleary was executive vice president of Cherrywood Commercial Lending and prior to that was the first vice president of the business services division at Kinecta Federal Credit Union.

Calder has worked as a commercial real estate operator and executor for more than 20 years at companies including SABAL Financial Group and Sterling Bank & Trust.

Athanassiades, who brings to the firm more than 20 years of industry experience, previously served with Alliant Credit Union, MetLife and Wachovia Securities.

Jans previously served with Willow Bend Commercial Capital, New York Life Investment Management and Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co.

Brown has held executive and managerial positions at Security Pacific Bank, CORE Realty Holdings and Wells Fargo Bank.

GEORGIA

MTG Services said that Richard Bitner has joined the organization as chief strategy officer and Scott Myers as executive vice president.

Bitner has over 25 years of experience in mortgage banking and was most recently president of HousingWire. Prior to that he ran Kellner Mortgage Investments, a wholesale mortgage company based in Dallas.

Myers has over 30 years in the mortgage industry, most recently as executive vice president of operations for BSI Financial.

ILLINOIS

CHICAGO

Aries/Conlon Capital said that Mac Dobson has joined the firm's originations team as senior vice president.

Based in Ann Arbor, Mich., Dobson will focus on originating nonrecourse bridge and permanent financing for hotel, retail, office, self-storage, industrial and multifamily properties nationwide.

Before joining Aries, he led Bank of America's Midwest SBA platform, and prior to that position he worked for ValStone Partners.

MISSOURI

ST. CHARLES

Providence Bank Mortgage has hired Antonio Williams as a mortgage banking officer.

He will be responsible for originating residential mortgage loans in St. Charles County and surrounding areas.

Williams has over 15 years in the financial industry, including 13 years as a mortgage originator and two years in processing mortgage loans.

TEXAS

ADDISON

Homeward Residential Inc., a national mortgage lender and subsidiary of Ocwen Financial Corp., said that Scott Houp has joined the company as vice president of sales, Western division.

Houp brings to his new position more than 30 years of mortgage banking and residential lending experience, with the last 22 years focused on business-to-business third-party origination.

He comes to Homeward from Stonegate Mortgage, where he served as a SVP Western division manager, overseeing production in the broker, emerging banker and correspondent origination channels.
