Lowman served as the executive vice president with Freddie Mac, where he led the transformation of its single-family business to a client-centric, commercial enterprise.

Before joining Freddie Mac, Lowman was the CEO of Chase Home Lending.

Additionally, he spent a decade in senior leadership roles in various Citigroup businesses, where he led the growth and transformation of U.S. and global consumer lending businesses.

Planet Home Lending has named Jim McDonald as chief marketing officer.

Prior to joining Planet Home Lending, McDonald consulted on marketing strategies and SaaS products for companies inside and outside the mortgage industry.

Before that, he was the CMO at Pacific Union Financial, where he led the marketing and new customer acquisition teams.

Nancy Mills has been hired as a mortgage lender in Wichita at Bell Bank Mortgage.

Kansas is a new market for Bell's mortgage division.

Mills, who has 23 years of experience in the mortgage field, served as vice president/mortgage originator at Bank of the West in Wichita for six years prior to joining Bell Bank Mortgage.

NewDay USA has hired Pooja Bansal as SVP of human resources and communications.

Throughout 13 years of experience in design thinking, analytics and customer service, Bansal most recently was AVP and service manager for Barclays USA.

At SEI Investments, she specialized in technology, global operations and client services.

Kah Capital Management has appointed Donna Sims Wilson to the position of chief operating officer.

Sims Wilson joins KCM from Smith Graham Investment Advisers where she was president, on the executive management committee and on the board of directors.

She began her career selling mortgage-backed securities at Bear Stearns before leaving to cofound Loop Capital Markets.
