The Compliance Group has named Jeffrey Flory as senior vice president of sales. He most recently served as senior vice president of risk and compliance solutions at First American.
Flory spent the majority of his career at Option One Mortgage, where he held key roles in its correspondent and wholesale lending divisions, with responsibilities extending to sales, operations and technology.
CBRE Global Investors has hired Todd Sammann as an executive managing director to lead its credit strategies platform in the Americas.
Sammann joins the firm from Narrative Capital Management, which he founded in 2015.
Prior to forming Narrative Capital, he was a principal and head of credit strategies at Colony Capital from 2008-2015.
Pacific Life has named Keith Honig vice president, commercial mortgage origination, for real estate investments.
He will assume responsibility for the commercial mortgage loan origination effort and head the regional offices that originate commercial mortgage loan investments throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Honig comes to Pacific Life from American International Group where he most recently served as head of commercial mortgage lending.
Mortgage Network Inc. has hired Vicki Wu as a loan officer in its Florham Park, N.J., branch.
Wu serves clients throughout New Jersey, mostly in Essex and Passaic counties. She has 15 years of mortgage experience serving this market, most recently as a mortgage banker at Eagle Home Mortgage in Cedar Knolls.
Home Point Financial Corp. has named Phil Shoemaker as chief business officer. He will be responsible for third-party originations, customer retention and technology.
Shoemaker has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, most recently serving as executive vice president and chief operating officer for production at Caliber Home Loans.
First Community Mortgage has hired Cathy Bishop as its new renovation lending manager and Jeff Talman as a renovation lending specialist.
Bishop will lead the renovation lending team, bringing nearly 10 years of renovation lending experience and over 25 years of mortgage experience.
Talman will serve as the primary loan originator working on renovation loans, bringing 16 years of renovation lending and mortgage experience, primarily working in urban neighborhoods.
Freddie Mac has promoted Timothy Kitt to senior vice president, head of pricing and execution in its single-family business.
Kitt joined Freddie Mac in 2015 and previously held positions focusing on portfolio management, asset sales/securitization and structured finance at Wells Fargo, GMAC/Ally and Sallie Mae.
