Sierra Pacific Mortgage has hired Jennifer Folk as vice president/division manager, Western TPO.

Prior to joining Sierra Pacific, Folk was the senior vice president of national fulfillment for Planet Home Lending.

She has also served as SVP of strategic planning at Eagle Home Mortgage and spent more than four years in operations at Stearns Lending.

Homespire Mortgage has expanded its Florida operations with Jose Fuentes joining the Southeast region as branch manager for its East Orlando office.

A U.S. Army veteran with 20 years of industry experience, Fuentes previously served as a branch manager with The Mortgage Firm Inc. and Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc.

Netzer brings over 20 years of industry knowledge to the role, most recently serving as senior vice president for strategy and marketing at Kony Inc., a fintech brand acquired by Temenos in 2019.

Prior to Temenos, she served as global marketing director at Dell.

Nationwide Mortgage Bankers has named both Frank Kuri and Maxine Smith as executive vice president of branch development.

Kuri has over 30 years of real estate financial services and mortgage banking experience and began his career as a Realtor for Coldwell Banker.

Smith brings over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry and began her career as a loan officer.

Sagent has appointed Uday Devalla as chief technology officer. He has led engineering, digital transformation, information security and regtech strategy in housing for more than two decades.

Most recently, Devalla led technology transformation as chief information officer at Stearns Lending.

Prior to that, he served as a technology executive at Bank of America (and its predecessor organization Countrywide).
