Foley has over 25 years of experience in the commercial mortgage, real estate and financial sectors.

Most recently, he served as senior vice president, mortgage loans and real estate for Mutual of Omaha, and prior to that he was a vice president with Voya Investment Management.

Stewart Title has promoted Stephanie Holloway to sales manager overseeing the Oklahoma sales organization.

In her new role, Holloway will support direct operations growth strategy in Oklahoma and serve as an additional resource for clients across the state.

After serving as an independent real estate agent for eight years, she joined Stewart as a business development officer for its South Oklahoma City office in August 2014.
