LoanDepot has appointed industry veteran Drew Collins as senior vice president, Pacific division manager.
Collins will be responsible for retail production in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Wyoming and Montana.
He began his career in 1985 as a mortgage originator in Newport Beach, Calif., and most recently managed the Western district sales force of more than 2,200 originators for Wells Fargo.
United Wholesale Mortgage has promoted Sarah DeCiantis to chief marketing officer. She had served as vice president of marketing since joining the company in early 2014.
DeCiantis will continue to oversee United Wholesale Mortgage's marketing, public relations, advertising, social media, creative and CRM.
Prior to joining UWM, she served as the director of partnership marketing for Palace Sports & Entertainment and was an account leader at advertising agencies McCann, Campbell-Ewald and Doner.
Safeguard Properties has promoted Jason Heckman to assistant vice president of mobile and analytics.
Heckman, who has been with Safeguard since 2012, will be responsible for mobile development and strategy as well as data warehousing and business intelligence.
He also oversees the development and delivery of operational and analytical data technologies throughout the organization.
Prior to joining Safeguard, he was the director of application development and business intelligence for Revol Wireless, a privately held wireless provider in Ohio and Indiana.
Equity National Title has named David Boyum as executive vice president, national sales manager.
With Equity National Title, Boyum will be charged with expanding the firm's national sales effort as well as servicing the firm's existing client base.
He brings over 16 years of experience in all facets of the real estate transaction to the company, most recently having been national commercial operations director with First American Title Insurance Co.
Over the course of his career, he has held key roles with Stewart Title Insurance Co., Home Services of America - Berkshire Hathaway and Attorneys' Fund LLC.
Movement Mortgage has hired Jared Ward as regional director for its markets in the Pacific Southwest, including Arizona and New Mexico.
He will also oversee Movement Mortgage's market presence in Alaska.
Ward previously worked at Movement Mortgage from 2012 to 2013 as a national relationship executive.
For the past four years he has held senior leadership roles with loanDepot and Homeside Financial.
Ward rejoins Movement Mortgage with more than 15 years of industry experience, specializing in business development and strategic growth.
