Raskin most recently served as executive vice president of business development for AuctionPoint.

DocMagic Inc. said that Laurie Spira has joined the company as chief compliance officer.
Most recently, Spira held the position of interim director of mortgage compliance at Kinecta Federal Credit Union.
Prior to Kinecta, she was vice president and senior compliance officer at ResMAE Mortgage Corp., a wholesale specialty residential mortgage lender and servicer.
Before ResMAE, she was the assistant vice president and senior project manager of home loans and insurance services implementations at Washington Mutual.

CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. promoted Michael Riccio and Mitchell Kiffe to senior managing directors, capital markets.
Kiffe joined CB Richard Ellis Capital Markets in May 2010 and has been responsible for agency multifamily mortgage originations nationwide, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA.
He previously spent more than 17 years with Freddie Mac in various leadership, production and credit roles.
Riccio has led CBRE Capital Markets debt and equity efforts in Connecticut.
Prior to opening the CBRE Capital Markets office in Hartford, he spent 23 years at CIGNA and held several real estate positions, including assignments in asset management, portfolio management and debt origination.

CoreLogic said that Jim Balas has joined the company as senior vice president and controller.
In his new role, Balas will lead the CoreLogic accounting, financial reporting, SEC reporting, administration, procurement and real estate units and will oversee long-term budgetary planning, cost management policies, programming and accounting, control and reporting operations.
Most recently, he served as vice president, corporate controller at Ameron International, a manufacturer of highly engineered products and materials for the chemical, industrial, energy, transportation and infrastructure markets.

Crescent Hotels & Resorts said that Adam Greene has joined the company as senior vice president of development and investments.
In the new role, he will be responsible for spearheading the company’s expanded acquisition, investment and growth strategy.
Greene is the former senior vice president, hospitality finance, with Textron Financial.
Previously he was director of West LB, a New York-based branch of a German commercial bank, leading acquisitions and refinancing in the U.S. and Mexico.

Peter Polhemus, president and CEO of Polhemus Savery DaSilva Architects Builders in Chatham, Mass., has been named the Custom Home Builder of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders.
The award, presented annually at the International Builders' Show and sponsored this year by the Propane Education and Research Council, recognizes custom homebuilders who demonstrate skill and craftsmanship as well as outstanding leadership and business practices in his or her local market area as well as in the industry.

Coloma will be responsible for overseeing all retail production in South Florida, including opening a Kislak Mortgage office in Coral Gables.
During the course of Mr. Coloma's 25-year career, he has held positions with Wells Fargo Home Loans and Chase Manhattan Mortgage.

Musil joined First Industrial in 1995 and has held several financial roles within the company, including serving as chief accounting officer, treasurer and assistant secretary.

Federal Realty Investment Trust said that Lance Billingsley has joined the trust as director of anchor tenant leasing.
Billingsley will be based out of Federal Realty's Northeast region office in Wynnewood, Pa., and will specialize in leasing properties located in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic regions.
He brings more than 20 years of retail real estate experience to the trust and previously served as vice president of leasing and development for Brandolini Cos.

Reznick Capital Markets, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reznick Group, appointed Michael Hartman as a director.
Based in the firm’s Atlanta office, Hartman will expand the firm’s national focus on the capital markets sector of the commercial real estate industry.
Prior to joining Reznick Capital Markets, he was a managing director of finance and development for Venture Captive Management.
Hartman was also senior vice president, properties division for Sunrise Senior Living Inc.

Helios AMC named D. Keith Johnson as chief executive officer.
As part of his duties as CEO, Johnson will oversee all of Helios’ strategic growth initiatives, including expanding its geographic reach and adding complementary advisory services that are focused on the real estate and financial services industries. Helios is a Ranieri Partners company.
From 2006 to 2009, Johnson served as president and CEO of Clayton Holdings.
Prior to that, he was executive vice president and COO of Washington Mutual’s commercial group.
