Real Estate Mortgage Network Inc., a national mortgage lender based in River Edge, N.J., opened a new branch in Riverside, Calif.

David Constantino, the office’s area manager, will oversee the operations of six REMN associates.

Dawn Williams comes to REMN with the dual role of sales manager/loan originator, joining fellow loan originators, Danny Avila, Martha Pena, Noemi Medina, Ryann Cvetichan and Tyrone Baker.

Urban Lending Solutions Appraisals, a subsidiary of Urban lending Solutions, hired Dennis Postlewait and Darlene Burnham as senior vice presidents of business development.

Formerly, Postlewait was senior vice president of sales and marketing at ISGN and was responsible for strategic accounts.

Prior to that, he was senior vice president of sales and national sales manager at Fiserv Lending Solutions for 11 years.

Burnham previously worked as the vice president of sales and relationship management at ISGN.

Prior to that position, she held various operational positions during her eight years with Fiserv Lending Solutions, including vice president of customer service before transitioning to the role of vice president of relationship management.

DENVER

DCT Industrial Trust Inc. hired John Spiegleman as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary.

He joins DCT Industrial with more than 20 years of legal and real estate experience.

Prior to joining DCT Industrial, he worked for Aimco, a publicly held real estate investment trust where he served as senior vice president and assistant general counsel since 2006.

Prior to his position at Aimco, Spiegleman spent seven years at Miller Global Properties as senior vice president and assistant general counsel.

The Conference of State Bank Supervisors announced the results of its officer and board elections for 2011-2012.

Newly installed officers, who comprise the executive committee, include chairman, Louisiana commissioner of financial institutions, John Ducrest; chairman-elect, California commissioner of financial institutions, William Haraf; vice chairman, Tennessee commissioner of financial institutions, Greg Gonzales; secretary, Arkansas state bank commissioner, Candace Franks; treasurer, Kentucky commissioner of financial institutions, Charles Vice; and immediate past chairman, North Carolina commissioner of banks, Joseph A. Smith Jr.

Commissioners representing the CSBS districts are District I, Maine superintendent of professional and financial regulation, Lloyd P. LaFountain III; District II, director of the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions, David Mills; District III, Alabama superintendent of banks, John Harrison; District IV, North Dakota commissioner of financial institutions, Bob Entringer; and District V, commissioner of the Oregon Division of Finance and Corporate Securities, David Tatman.

Equifax named Jeff Flory and Jeff Schwartzel as enterprise business directors.

Prior to joining Equifax, he served as vice president of business development for Irvine, Calif.-based Financial Asset Services.

Flory also served as vice president and area sales manager of the wholesale division at Scottsbluff, Neb.-based Aurora Loan Services.

Schwartzel most recently served as business development executive for Shoreview, Minn.-based Deluxe Financial Services.

He also served as an account executive at St. Louis-based Mortgage Information Source and Chicago-based Old Republic Credit Services.

ATLANTA

HFF said that Andrew Seng has joined the firm as a managing director in its Atlanta office.

Seng will focus on debt and structured finance transactions for all property types throughout the Southeastern United States.

Prior to joining HFF, he was an executive vice president with First Fidelity Cos.

Goodwin Procter LLP said that Mark Schonberger has joined the firm’s business law department in its real estate, REITs and real estate capital markets group.

Schonberger specializes in corporate and securities law, with particular emphasis in real estate companies and real estate fund formation matters, and will be resident in the firm’s New York office.

He joins Goodwin from Paul Hastings in New York.

Moelis & Co. appointed Anthony Rokovich as a managing director in real estate investment banking.

Rokovich joins from UBS where he was a managing director in the real estate, lodging and leisure group.

He previously worked at Merrill Lynch in real estate investment banking.

PENNSYLVANIA

PHILADELPHIA

Radian Guaranty Inc., the mortgage insurance subsidiary of Radian Group Inc., said that Marshall Gayden has joined the company as senior vice president of account management.

Gayden, who has 27 years of experience in the mortgage industry, joined Radian after serving 21 years with PHH Mortgage, where he served as senior vice president of sales, managing the company’s national real estate-related retail platform.

Previous positions at PHH included a variety of sales and sales management roles, including vice president of wholesale/correspondent lending and vice president of call center originations.
