CoreLogic appointed Peter Stimson as the new managing director of U.K. operations for CoreLogic.

Stimson comes in as CoreLogic looks to strengthen its operations and expand its client base and solutions offerings in the U.K. market.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, he joins CoreLogic from the intermediary arm of the Co-Operative Bank, where he directed product strategy and pricing.

COLORADO

BROOMFIELD

Urban Lending Solutions Appraisals, a subsidiary of Urban Lending Solutions, hired Jim Beatty as its new senior vice president of valuation services.

Beatty has been involved in valuation services for over 24 years and is familiar with all aspects of the space, from both a regulatory and market perspective.

Prior to joining Urban Lending, he served in executive roles at ISGN and Fiserv.

Beatty also spent 18 years with Real Estate Appraisal Service in Cleveland, where he was responsible for all residential appraisal products and sales.

CONNECTICUT

SHELTON

Clayton Holdings said that Rick E. Smith has joined the company as senior managing director in business development.

Smith joins Clayton with more than 30 years of experience in loan administration management and special servicing.

Most recently, he was president and chief executive officer at Marix Servicing, Phoenix, where he was responsible for business development and start up operations.

Prior to that, he held executive positions at Mortgage Lenders Network US Inc., Key Bank Corp. and Chase Manhattan Mortgage.

MILFORD

TMS Funding, the wholesale residential lending channel of Total Mortgage Services, hired Robert Lukowski Jr., Craig Castronovo, Matthew Neeley, Scott Beckwith and Tracey Ibsen as wholesale account executives.

Lukowski has over 19 years of experience in the mortgage business, with the last 11 years spent as a wholesale account executive providing sales, service and training in the Illinois market.

Most recently, he was employed by Nationstar Mortgage as a wholesale account executive.

Castronovo has 14 years of wholesale and correspondent mortgage lending experience in sales, underwriting, credit analysis and closing.

Prior to joining TMS Funding, he was an account executive with Citigroup in the consumer lending group.

Neeley has over 10 years of experience in developing, managing and servicing clients in retail and wholesale mortgage lending.

Prior to joining TMS Funding, he was a wholesale account executive with Nationstar Mortgage.

Beckwith has over 14 years of experience in building, managing and overseeing originations teams in the mortgage lending marketplace.

Most recently, he was employed as a branch manager with Proficio Mortgage Ventures in Atlanta.

Ibsen has 15 years of wholesale lending experience in the Northeast region.

For the last two years, she was employed by Home Savings of America as senior community banker in wholesale mortgage banking operating in New York and New Jersey.

The Independent Community Bankers of America promoted several members of its executive staff, including the promotions of Paul Merski, senior vice president and chief economist, to executive vice president, congressional relations and chief economist; Paul McGuire, senior vice president, national sales, to executive vice president, national sales and membership; Dan Clancy, senior vice president, services, to executive vice president, services; Chris Lorence, senior vice president, chief marketing officer, to executive vice president, chief marketing officer; and Dewite North, senior vice president, chief information officer, to executive vice president, chief information officer.

Love Funding hired Sandra Barlow as an assistant vice president of closing and servicing.

Barlow will be based in Colorado Springs, Colo., and her responsibilities will be closing multifamily and health care loans.

Before joining Love Funding, Barlow was a vice president and senior FHA closer at CB Richard Ellis in Denver, where she assisted in the launch of the company’s closing department.

Previously, she was a vice president and senior FHA closer with Prudential Huntoon Paige Associates, also in Denver.

CW Financial Services hired four former Capmark and Ventras Holdings executives, who will be based out of New York.

Greg McManus, a 21-year industry veteran, will lead the group and serve as managing director.

McManus served as CEO of Ventras and held various positions at Capmark including CFO of Capmark Financial Group, chairman of Capmark Bank, president of Capmark Securities Inc. and head of Capmark Asia.

Joining McManus is Larry Kligman, senior vice president, a 33-year industry veteran with a background that includes loan originations, structuring, sales and syndication; Eric Baum, senior vice president, a 17-year industry veteran with a commercial real estate and loan underwriting background; and Dennis Owen, vice president, a 23-year industry veteran with a background that includes loan origination, real estate valuation and finance.

GREENSBORO

Kenneth L. Austin Jr. has joined Wendover Consulting Inc. as managing director for loan administration.

Austin brings to the company a strong background in the reverse mortgage industry and servicing operations.

Prior to joining Wendover Consulting, he was president and a founder of Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Houston, started in 2007.

UTAH

SALT LAKE CITY

Robert J. Hopp & Associates, a national provider of legal, default, disposition, and title services, said that John Lish has joined its Utah legal team as managing attorney.

He will be overseeing day-to-day operations for the litigation and mortgage default areas for the firm’s Salt Lake City office.

He brings with him over 13 years experience in real estate law, creditor’s rights and default servicing/collection in the Utah arena.
