CMG Mortgage Insurance Co. said that Nate Halverson joined the company as account executive for the Mountain West territory.
Halverson comes to CMG MI after 15 years in the mortgage industry, where his experience included retail mortgage origination, technology solutions, mortgage insurance, underwriting and wholesale/correspondent lending.
He has worked for North American Mortgage Co. and eMagic, an MGIC company.
In his new position, Halverson will head up CMG MI's Mountain West territory, comprising the states of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming.

Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate hired Robert Watson as vice president and regional manager, covering the company's real estate agent network in Orange and San Diego counties.
Prior to joining Atlantic & Pacific, he worked with Prudential Real Estate Affiliates as director of education and product development.

Allonhill said that Jim Sadler joined the firm as managing director of business process management and analytics.
Sadler brings more than 20 years of operational risk management, process management and financial modeling experience to Allonhill.
Most recently, he served as director of risk and analytics at Teletech Loan Services.
Allonhill also said that Jennifer LeSueur joined the firm as managing director of due diligence.
LeSueur, a 25-year mortgage industry veteran, is responsible for overseeing Allonhill’s private-sector due diligence operations.
Most recently, she served as director of underwriting at Teletech Loan Services, and also served as vice president of credit risk oversight at Aurora Loan Services.

National Equity Fund Inc. has named Rachel Rhodes to lead its Midwest affordable housing investments as its new regional vice president, based in Chicago.
Rhodes has been with NEF—a national nonprofit syndicator of Low Income Housing Tax Credits—since 2007.
Prior to joining NEF, she was a vice president at JPMorgan Chase, where she focused on community development real estate.
She also served in multiple positions at the Illinois Housing Development Authority, with five years in multifamily housing there.

Lenders One Mortgage Cooperative promoted Susan Malpocker to national sales director and Diane Dunger was named regional manager of the Western region.
Malpocker was previously the regional manager of Lenders One’s Western region and has been with the cooperative for more than four years.
Her mortgage industry career has included positions as national client manager, business development specialist and sales manager during the past 20 years with companies including Nexstar Financial Corp. and CitiMortgage.
Dunger is a 20-year veteran of the financial services industry.
Before joining Lenders One as regional manager, she worked at CitiMortgage.

TD Bank appointed Malcolm Hollensteiner, director, retail lending sales, for its consumer lending business.
Hollensteiner will direct the bank's residential mortgage sales production, and the consumer and credit card sales team.
He joins TD Bank with more than 19 years of experience in the residential mortgage sales management sector.
Since 2009, he was the mid-Atlantic regional manager for PNC mortgage.

Frank Lutz has joined Berkadia as a senior vice president and Fannie Mae liaison.
He will oversee all Fannie Mae pricing and delivery activities, interface with Berkadia’s origination network to facilitate the production of Fannie Mae loans and work directly with the agency on loan underwriting, exceptions and waivers.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Lutz served as vice president for Fannie Mae Customer Management in the Northeast business center.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler said that Douglas Opalka has joined the firm as a managing director in its Austin office.
He has more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and joins HFF from Texas Realty Capital, where he was a partner and founding member.
Prior to that, Opalka worked at GMAC Commercial Mortgage, and began his career as a real estate analyst at Archon Group/Goldman Sachs.

Schwarz will also supervise the operations of GR Financial, a short sale company, as well as Infinity Valuation Services, a BPO provider.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in the commercial and residential mortgage servicing industries to the position.
Prior to joining GRC, Schwarz was president of Phoenix Asset Management.

NCB appointed Jonathan Klugman as its new vice president of financial internal audit and control, where he functions as the chief audit executive.
In this capacity, Klugman is responsible for developing independent and objective internal audit plans and reports based on annual risk assessments, scheduling internal audits and ensuring audit quality.
He most recently served as senior general auditor for Cardinal Financial Corp. in McLean, Va.
