SAN FRANCISCO

The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco appointed Elena Andreadakis as senior vice president and chief information 0fficer.

Andreadakis is responsible for ensuring that all information systems and services meet the bank’s operational and strategic objectives.

She has over 25 years of information technology experience in the financial services industry.

Before joining the bank in May 2011, Andreadakis was a senior vice president at Fidelity Investments in Boston, where she most recently led the service and program management group for the firm’s enterprise Infrastructure organization.

SAN FRANCISCO

JMP Group Inc. said that JMP Securities, JMP Group’s broker-dealer subsidiary, appointed managing director James F. Wilson to its real estate investment banking group as head of residential real estate and development.

Wilson previously served for over a decade as director of research at JMP Securities

Prior to joining JMP Securities in 1999, he was a managing director and senior research analyst at Jefferies, where he covered REITs, homebuilders, manufactured housing and resort, vacation ownership and property-related service companies.

SANTA BARBARA

WFG National Title Insurance Co. has added Stephen Sklamba and Liz Pecoraro to its Louisiana agency division.

Sklamba will serve as a vice president and Louisiana underwriting counsel for the Louisiana agency group. In that role, he will assist WFG agencies on all underwriting matters.

Pecoraro will serve as Louisiana state sales manager, and will be responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with WFG title agents in that state, as well as Mississippi.

COLORADO

CENTENNIAL

Mike Sullivan has joined LCS Financial Services Corp. as senior vice president.

Sullivan has over 25 years of industry experience in mortgage servicing operations, default management and real estate.

He has held positions at Community Federal Savings & Loan, First Nationwide Bank, Prudential Home Mortgage/Norwest Mortgage and Moss Codilis.

In his most recent position as CEO at Moss Codilis, he participated in the creation and management of two additional companies, Default Servicing Solutions and Claims Recovery Financial Services.

CONNECTICUT

BRIDGEPORT

People's United Bank said that Michael Maiorino has joined the bank's commercial banking group as executive vice president and head of People's United Business Capital, which comprises asset-based lending and mortgage warehouse lending.

Maiorino joins People's United Bank from Sovereign Bank/Banco Santander in Boston, where he spent the past nine years.

While at Sovereign, he was executive vice president and division president of Sovereign Business Capital, and EVP of debt management and recoveries.

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

WASHINGTON

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler said that Walter Coker and Brian Crivella have joined the firm’s Washington office.

The two producers will be a part of HFF’s debt placement group and will focus on debt and equity transactions in the Greater Washington area.

Coker and Crivella were previously co-heads of Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman’s Washington debt and equity platform.

Prior to C&W, Coker worked as a senior analyst at Spaulding & Slye and prior to that as an analyst at Walker & Dunlop.

Crivella worked as a financial analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle prior to joining C&W.

MARYLAND

BALTIMORE

Municipal Mortgage & Equity said that David Kay, the company's chief financial officer, is resigning effective Aug. 23, after the company concludes its second-quarter earnings call.

Kay's decision to leave the company is the result of his desire to build a consulting practice with several colleagues with whom he worked prior to joining MuniMae coupled with completion of his primary objectives to complete the company's restatement and begin filing timely financial statements.

The company said that Lisa Roberts will become its new chief financial officer.

Roberts joined MuniMae with Kay in November 2007, serving as corporate controller and leading its financial functions.

BETHESDA

Walker & Dunlop said that Douglas Taylor has joined the company as senior vice president in its multifamily finance division.

Taylor will be based in Walker & Dunlop's Irvine, Calif., office and focus on multifamily loan originations utilizing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD financing.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, he was a director and senior loan officer at Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage Inc. where he originated multifamily and other commercial loans nationwide.

NEW JERSEY

NEWARK

Prudential Real Estate Investors said that David Skinner has joined the firm in a new role, leading the firm’s defined contribution business development initiative.

Before joining PREI, Skinner worked for JPMorgan Retirement Plan Services where he was head of institutional defined contribution investment only sales and marketing.

NEW YORK

NEW YORK

SNR Denton said that Robert Bostrom, executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Freddie Mac, is joining the firm as partner and co-head of its global financial institutions and funds sector.

He joined Freddie Mac in 2006 and directed its legal strategy through the financial crisis and recovery.

Bostrom is scheduled to join the firm in mid-August.

He previously had served as executive vice president for legal, compliance and regulatory affairs at National Westminster Bancorp.

VIRGINIA

ARLINGTON

NCB appointed Jonathan Klugman as its new vice president of financial internal audit and control, where he functions as the chief audit executive.

In this capacity, Klugman is responsible for developing independent and objective internal audit plans and reports based on annual risk assessments, scheduling internal audits and ensuring audit quality.

He most recently served as senior general auditor for Cardinal Financial Corp. in McLean, Va.
