He joins Carrington from Stewart Asset Recovery where he served as president, responsible for its day-to-day operations, including business development, product and service enhancements, and its vendor network.
Harris has over 18 years in the real estate industry and has a diversified marketing and management background, including experience in the financing, mortgage servicing and government industries.

Blueberry Systems said that Dominick Marchetti has joined the company as an executive vice president and member of its executive leadership team.
In this role he will be primarily responsible for strategic and business development.
In his most recent position, Marchetti served as the chief production officer of StoneWater Mortgage Corp.
Prior to StoneWater Mortgage Corp., he was a founder of First Magnus Financial Corp.

Kevin Quinn and Ray Webber have joined Aurora Bank as vice presidents of residential servicing business development.
Quinn comes to Aurora Bank with over 20 years of banking and subservicing business development experience at companies such as Bank of America and Countrywide.
He most recently lead subservicing sales for Marix Servicing.
Webber has over 25 years of mortgage lending and mortgage insurance experience in capital markets, business development, product development and sales/operations at Irwin Mortgage, Chase, HSBC, Genworth and Citicorp.
Most recently he was with Sun West Mortgage Corp. as director of structured finance.

Love Funding said that Sally Baker has joined the firm as vice president, director of marketing in the firm's Washington office.
In this new role, Baker will develop and lead marketing initiatives for the firm's multifamily housing, senior housing, affordable housing, health care and hospital financing sectors.
Prior to joining Love Funding, Baker was a marketing manager at Walker & Dunlop, a commercial real estate finance firm based in Bethesda, Md.

Real Estate Mortgage Network Inc. hired two new Georgia state managers, Angie Gora and Todd Greak.
Gora is a 25-year veteran of the mortgage industry and prior to joining REMN held the role of group vice president at SunTrust Mortgage.
Greak, who has 17 years of experience in the lending industry, also comes to REMN after holding the position of vice president at SunTrust Mortgage.

Fidelity Bank, a subsidiary of Fidelity Southern Corp., hired John M. Pruitt.
Pruitt has 26 years of major retail mortgage experience.
He has held several leadership positions in the mortgage industry, including past executive board member of Consumer Credit Counseling Services.

Morgan Stanley hired former Federal Reserve economist Vincent Reinhart as chief U.S. economist.
Reinhart will join the Wall Street firm Oct. 1.
He joins Morgan Stanley from the American Enterprise Institute in Washington.
From 1990 to 2007, he held senior positions at the Fed, including secretary and economist of the Federal Open Market Committee.

Two Harbors Investment Corp. appointed Christine Battist as managing director.
In this role, Battist will have primary responsibility for the company's investor relations and financial communications programs.
Previously, she was director of investor relations for The Mosaic Co.
Battist began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she managed financial audit engagements for public companies in the U.S. capital and debt markets.

Crescent Resources selected Michael Blackwell to lead development of new multifamily projects in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
In his position as regional development leader for the mid-Atlantic, Blackwell will help Crescent identify and develop luxury apartment and mixed-use development projects in the Washington metropolitan area.
Blackwell has nearly 10 years of experience in real estate development and risk management.
Prior to joining Crescent, Blackwell was a vice president at Willis North America where he worked with the firm's national real estate practice.

Safeguard Properties promoted Kathy Cogan to the new position of assistant vice president of account management.
Cogan joined Safeguard in 2003 as part of the company's inaugural manager in training program.
In 2008, she moved into the role of client account manager in the REO department (post-foreclosure bank-owned properties) and in 2009 was promoted to director of REO client account management.
The company also promoted Bryan Moledor to director of REO account management.
He joined Safeguard two years ago as REO client account supervisor and was promoted to REO client account manager in 2010.

Robert Franklin Muller Jr. has joined Behringer Harvard as executive vice president, head of distribution.
Muller has more than 25 years of experience building and managing multichannel distribution services for investment management sponsors including, immediately before joining Behringer Harvard, the Kiski Group, where he was managing director and partner responsible for sourcing capital for institutional investment managers in the alternative investment space.
He also served as president of Hines Real Estate Investments Inc. and a member of its board.
FORT WORTH
Southwest Bank hired Jason Gillespie as senior vice president, mortgage warehouse credit manager.
Gillespie brings more than 10 years of mortgage banking experience to the Southwest Bank and was previously senior vice president and warehouse lending manager for Town North Bank NA.
Prior to that position, he served as senior vice president and credit manager for Southwest Securities FSB.
