CCG Catalyst named James Defrantz and Wes Ware as practice group managers and senior consultants to manage the risk and compliance practice of the company.

Prior to joining CCG Catalyst, Defrantz served as senior compliance examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, analytical manager at the Office of Thrift Supervision and a commissioned national bank examiner at OCC.

Ware served for the past 25 years as a senior bank examiner and fiduciary risk management specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, senior bank examiner and credit risk specialist in the discount window unit of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, and a safety and soundness bank examiner at both the Office of Thrift Supervision and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta.
