Auction.com named Elizabeth O'Brien as managing director and senior vice president.
She will be based in the company's New York office and will lead its residential capital markets business.
O'Brien has 17 years of principal and client experience in the mortgage and real estate markets, serving most recently with Citi as a director in mortgage finance within its fixed-income division.
Prior, she was with Goldman Sachs' New York and Hong Kong offices in the real estate principal investment area, serving as chief administrative officer of the Whitehall Street Real Estate Funds.

Cassidy Turley, a commercial real estate services provider, expanded its capital markets group with the appointments of Bob Gilley, executive managing director, and Steve Hermann, executive managing director.
Gilley and Hermann join Cassidy Turley Northern California from CB Richard Ellis' investment properties-institutional group.
Gilley is a 20-year veteran of the California commercial real estate market.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis in January 2002, he was a director at Cushman & Wakefield on its West Coast investment team.
Hermann is a 15-year veteran of the California commercial real estate market.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, he was employed by William Wilson & Associates and Divco West Properties in various acquisition and disposition capacities.

Carrington Mortgage Holdings said that Rick Sharga has joined the company as an executive vice president.
In his new role, Sharga will serve as the primary industry spokesman for Carrington, and will be responsible for developing branding and marketing strategies for the Carrington family of companies, which includes Carrington Mortgage Services, Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate, Carrington Property Services, White Van Real Estate Services, Telsi Escrow Inc. and Telsi Real Estate Solutions.
Prior to joining Carrington, he was a senior vice president for RealtyTrac Inc.
