Joe Schiavulli has joined National Creditors Connection Inc. as a national account manager to service the Northeast region.
Schiavulli has more than 20 years of experience in the credit union and mortgage banking industries in operations, as well as sales and account management roles.
SAN FRANCISCO
CBRE Group Inc. said that Jim Korinek has joined CBRE Capital Markets as executive vice president in its San Francisco.
Korinek has experience in real estate debt including conventional, bridge and structured loans, and has focused on equity capitalizations utilizing preferred equity and joint venture structures.
He will partner with executive vice president John Nelson to arrange debt and equity financing in the Bay Area and nationally.
The team will leverage the CBRE investment properties platform, as well as the private capital group, to grow the CBRE debt and equity finance presence in the region.
Korinek has spent the last three years at Realty Recapitalization Advisors as a managing member.
Previously, he worked at NewStar Financial Inc. originating bridge financings.
