Rogers brings 30 years of experience with a wide array of commercial real estate projects representing both institutional and private interests in transactional and litigation matters.

His representation of lenders includes loan origination and loan enforcement matters including workouts, foreclosures, collection actions, note sales, REO dispositions and co-lender issues.

Klaassen represents developers, investors, corporations and institutional clients in a broad array of real estate transactional and litigation matters.

His transactional experience includes acquisition and disposition, development, redevelopment, construction, title review, leasing and workouts.
