The American Bankers Association elected new officers and directors to serve on ABA's board for the 2011-2012 association year.

The new officers are chairman, Albert C. Kelly Jr., president and CEO, SpiritBank, Bristow, Okla.; chairman-elect, Matthew H. Williams, chairman and president, Gothenburg State Bank, Gothenburg, Neb.; vice Chairman, Jeff L. Plagge, president, Northwest Financial Corp., Arnolds Park, Iowa; and treasurer, Stephen G. Crowe, president and CEO, MountainOne Financial Partners, MHC, North Adams, Mass.

The new board members are Guillermo Diaz-Rousselot, president and CEO, Continental National Bank of Miami, Miami; Richard E. Holbrook, chairman and CEO, Eastern Bank Corp., Boston; Stanley D. Jenks, president and CEO, Security Savings Bank, Monmouth, Ill.; and Todd Maclin, CEO-commercial banking and consumer and business banking, JPMorgan Chase & Co., New York.
