NeighborWorks America, a congressionally chartered nonprofit and one of the nation's largest community development corporations, appointed Sarah McGraw Greenberg as director of the development division.
Prior to being named director of the development division, Greenberg was senior manager for community stabilization within the national initiatives and applied research division.
She joined NeighborWorks America in 2007 from the National Trust for Historic Preservation where she helped create the nation's first certified Community Development Financial Institution focused on the revitalization of historic properties and neighborhoods.
Prior to the NTHP, she worked in the private sector, including positions in retail banking and residential mortgage lending.
