Walker & Dunlop said that Rob Rotach has joined the company as vice president and deputy chief underwriter of the FHA finance department.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, he was an assistant vice president and senior FHA underwriter at Wells Fargo Bank where he was responsible for managing the underwriting and due diligence process for FHA/HUD insured multifamily loans.
Rotach also has experience in affordable housing and is a contributing member on HUD's LIHTC processing improvement pilot program.
