Shore Financial Services Inc., the parent company of United Wholesale Mortgage, hired Michael Kaysen as its new chief operating officer.
In this new role, Kaysen will have responsibility for operations across the retail, consumer direct lending and third-party origination businesses.
He has held executive positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, New Vista Group, A.T. Kearney and Accenture.

Lori Pinto, senior vice president of Cenlar FSB, was elected as the chair of the Mortgage Bankers Association's CMB Society during the association's 98th annual convention in Chicago.
She has worked for over 15 years at Cenlar and has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry where she has managed various areas in servicing including sales and acquisitions, and is currently responsible for new business relationships and product development at Cenlar.
