Butler and Hosch PA appointed Christopher Carman as managing attorney for the North Carolina and South Carolina foreclosure departments.
Carman has over 15 years of in-house counsel for both large and small mortgage servicers.
Butler and Hosch also added litigation attorney Shawn Berry to the Florida litigation team.
Prior to joining the firm, Berry was an associate attorney at The Association Law Firm PLLC in Orlando, Fla., where he served as general counsel to homeowners and condominium associations throughout the state.
The firm also named Brian Gensler as SVP of vendor operations.
Gensler brings over 15 years of operation management to the organization and an equal number of years within the mortgage industry.
