Berkadia said that Shelly Conlon has joined the company as senior vice president of the life company servicing group.

Conlon is based in Tempe, Ariz., and is responsible for managing Berkadia's loan servicing relationships for their life company clients.

Prior to joining Berkadia, she served as managing director at Essex Financial Services.

Conlon also spent 10 years serving as senior vice president for GMACCM/Capmark Finance Inc.'s life company and fee-for-service operations.
