Lisa Lautner, Heidi Brunet and Nicole Perri have joined Berkadia Commercial Mortgage's senior housing and health care team.
Lautner joins the firm as a senior vice president based in Georgetown, Ky., and will work as a mortgage banker for the senior housing group, focusing on Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and FHA/HUD placements.
Prior to joining Berkadia, she served as a senior vice president in Oak Grove Capital's seniors housing and health care group.
In her 27 years in the commercial real estate industry, Lautner has held management positions at Comerica Bank, SunTrust Bank, PNC Financial and Berkadia predecessor, Capmark Finance Inc.
Brunet and Perri, who both recently served at Oak Grove Capital, join Berkadia as vice president and assistant vice president, respectively.
As a mortgage banker within Berkadia's senior housing group, Brunet will be responsible for developing new Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA/HUD financing opportunities, and based in Dallas.
Perri brings more than 14 years of experience to her work as a senior underwriter.
Based out of Birmingham, Ala., she also worked with Capmark Finance and GMACCM.

Urban Lending Solutions promoted chief strategy officer Michael Forgas to president.
Forgas is the former long-term CEO of National Real Estate Information Services.
He is a past president of the Title/Appraisal Vendor Management Association and has been a member of its executive committee since its formation.
