Berkadia Commercial Mortgage hired Clay Akiwenzie, who will be based in San Francisco.
Akiwenzie will focus on originating and underwriting loans for multifamily properties in the Western region.
He has more than seven years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and most recently served as a director at Wells Fargo & Co.
At Wells Fargo, Akiwenzie was responsible for multifamily permanent debt originations with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA, as well as the secondary market.
INDIANA
S&T Bancorp Inc. appointed Mary Dornetto as senior vice president, managed assets division manager, credit administration for the bank’s Irwin, Pa., branch.
Dornetto has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.
She most recently served as senior vice president, special assets for NexTier Bank in Evans City, Pa.
She also held the role of senior vice president, commercial lending at NexTier, where she managed all participation lending, selling and purchasing for the bank.
PITTSBURGH
ServiceLink appointed Chris Azur as president.
Azur has served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of ServiceLink for the last four years with responsibilities that include the valuations, title and closing operations in both the loan origination as well as default services markets.
Prior to joining ServiceLink, he served as EVP and COO of ATM Corp. since its establishment in 1993.
