HFF said that its Austin office has expanded with the addition of Robert Wooten as an associate director in the debt placement group and Kelsey Roop as an associate director in the investment sales group.
Wooten will focus on debt and structured finance transactions with a specific focus on the Austin and San Antonio markets.
He joins the Austin office from HFF Houston, where he worked in the debt placement group since 2007.
Roop is relocating to the Austin office from HFF Dallas where she has worked for the investment sales group since 2007.
She will primarily focus on office investment sale transactions in the Austin and San Antonio markets with a secondary focus on industrial and retail transactions.
HOUSTON
The board of directors of Stewart Information Services Corp. said that Matt Morris has been elected chief executive officer of the company with responsibility for all operations.
Matt Morris succeeds Malcolm Morris and Stewart Morris Jr., who had served as co-CEOs, and who will take the posts of vice chairmen of the board.
Matt Morris previously served as senior executive vice president of Stewart Information Services Corp., Stewart Title Co. and Stewart Title Guaranty Co. He has been an executive of the company since 2004.
The board also said that its lead director, Edward Douglas Hodo, has been elected chairman of the board.
Hodo has been a member of the board since 1988 and has served as lead director since 2004.
