Glimcher the new chief executive officer of the company.Mr. Glimcher, 37, joined the company in 1991 and was appointed president in 1999, a title he will maintain. He has served as a member of the board since 1997. Herbert Glimcher, the founder of the company, will continue as chairman of the board.
