Senior Housing Properties Trust, a real estate investment trust based in Newton, Mass., has priced a public offering of 5.0 million common shares of beneficial interest at $22.81 per share.The joint book-running managers of the offering are UBS Investment Bank, Merrill Lynch & Co., and Morgan Stanley.
